Directions to Saint Bridget of Ireland
From Bridgeport: Take I95 to exit 8 (Elm Street), at end of the exit ramp turn right onto Elm Street, stay on his road, the name changes to Grove St and then Strawberry Hill Ave. Turn left into our parking lot at the 8th light (including the one at the bottom of the exit ramp) As a landmark the third light after the hospital is St Bridget’s Church, turn left and you will be in the church parking lot. Welcome!
From Danbury: Take Route 7 south to Norwalk, you turn right at the light in front of the Conn. Motor Vehicle Dept. to access a small highway called the “Route 7 connector”, follow signs to I95 south, ( it is an exit off the connector) then follow the directions above.
From New York: Take I95 to exit 8 (Atlantic Street), at the end of the exit ramp continue straight ahead to the third light, this should be Elm Street, turn left onto Elm, stay on his road, the name changes to Grove St and then Strawberry Hill Ave. We are the 9th light including the one as you turned onto Elm Street. Turn left into our parking lot. As a landmark when you pass the Hospital on your left side, the third light after the hospital is St Bridget’s Church, turn left and you will be in the church parking lot. Welcome!
From Merrit Parkway: Take the Exit 35 (High Ridge Road) at the end of the exit ramp turn right on High Ridge Road , continue to the light at Vine Road, (if you are coming from North of Stamford this would be your 7th light including the one at the end of the ramp, if you are coming from South of Stamford this would be your 6th light including the one at the end of the ramp) Turn left onto Vine Road, follow until the road ends, turn right onto Newfield Avenue which becomes Strawberry Hill Avenue. St Bridget Church is at the 5th light (not including the light as you turned at Vine Road), turn right into the church parking lot. Welcome!
